RWe can only accept cats with a valid Feline Influenza and Enteritis inoculation certificate which covers the full period of boarding. Please bring the certificate with you on arrival.

We respectfully ask that you apply a flea and worm product before boarding your cat with us. If fleas or worms are found on your cat during their stay we will refer to your vet for advice / medication, the cost of which will be added to your bill on collection.

Cats from the same household may board together at the owners request. We reserve the right to separate them if it is in their best interest.

All cats must be transported to and from the cattery in a secure cat carrier; we regret we are not able to store yours carriers whilst your cat boards with us.

Food, bowls and plastic beds are provided. Please bring your pets own blankets/cushions/toys etc. If your cat is on a specialist / medical diet or you prefer them to remain on their own food during their stay this will need to be provided by the customer. Discounts will not be given for supplying your own food.

If a cat needs treatment whilst boarding with us, we will take the cat to your own vet during working hours or to Rase Vets, Lincoln out of hours service. In the event of a cat being ill and we are unable to contact the owner or emergency contact, we reserve the right to authorise treatment on advice of the vet, to avoid suffering. The cost of all treatment will be the responsibility of the customer and will either be billed from the vet direct or added to the boarding fee should the Cattery have to pay at the time of treatment.

Boarding fees are per day including the day of arrival and departure and are payable on arrival, all days booked will be charged for even if you collect early. Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be subject to a cancellation fee, upto 100% of the booking
